Air Master Filter Cartridge GS-B1 SeriesGS-B1 series air filter cartridge is made of fiber filter paper or reinforced glass fiber folded into a cartridge, which has the advantages of large filter surface area, small differential pressure, large flow rate and long life. It is the best choice to replace the traditional cotton activated carbon filter, and is a novel energy-saving product suitable for removing particles and dust impurities in dry and oil-free air pressure systems, which can effectively protect the downstream filter and extend the service life of the whole filtration system. GS-B1 type single core air master filter
The air total filter shell is designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted in accordance with GB 150-2011 "Steel Pressure Vessel", and the equipment is processed in accordance with JB/T 4709-2000 "Steel Pressure Vessel Welding Regulations" and JB/T 4730-2005 "Nondestructive Testing of Pressurized Equipment", and the flange standard is HG/T 20592-2009 B series.
GS-B1 single-core air filter is suitable for one-to-one form, with the inlet and outlet in the same horizontal line and the best air flow design, which has the advantages of reduced pressure and easy installation and replacement of filter elements. The top and bottom of the cartridge are connected by flanges, and the inner surface of the housing is mechanically polished. The shell is made of 304 stainless steel, and the conventional working pressure is 0.4MPa, other working pressure shells and pressure vessel qualification certificates are also available.

Below the cartridge can be filled with oil-absorbing felt, glass wool and stainless steel wire mesh to remove oil and water as well as rust and dust in the air. The shell is generally made of 304 stainless steel (316L material can also be selected according to customer requirements), and the conventional working pressure is ≤0.3MPa, and other working pressure shells and pressure vessel qualification certificates are also available.
