       In some microbial fermentation metabolic process need to continuously flow added some special materials, sometimes these special materials can not use steam sterilization or chemical sterilization, then need to use the way of filtration to remove bacteria. Such as erythromycin, super tylenol, some enzymes, biological polysaccharides and other fermentation production process need to flow added materials through three to four levels of filtration so as to achieve sterility requirements.
