The steam filter housing is designed, manufactured, inspected and accepted in accordance with GB 150-2011 "Pressure Vessel", and the equipment is processed in accordance with JB/T 4709-2007 "Steel Pressure Vessel Welding Regulations" and JB/T 4730-2016 "Nondestructive Testing of Pressurized Equipment", and the flange standard is HG/T20592-2009 PN series. The filter casing is designed for optimal steam flow with the inlet and outlet on the same level, and the filter element can be replaced by dismantling the upper barrel, which has the advantages of low pressure drop and no condensate accumulation. The housing material is 304 stainless steel and the conventional working pressure is 0.4MPa, other working pressure housings are also available. Steam filter GS-Z type, the filter element is PTFE powder sintered, the interface is flat-press type; GS-Ti type, the filter element is titanium alloy powder sintered, the interface is flat-press type; GS-BG is also divided into GS-BG4 and GS-BG6 types, GS-BG4 configuration 304 stainless steel filter and 304 stainless steel five-layer sintered mesh filter; GS-BG6 configuration 316L stainless steel filter and 316L stainless steel five-layer sintered mesh filter. 316L stainless steel five-layer sintered mesh filter element; the interface is 226#. The filtration precision is 1µ, with the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, large throughput and regenerative treatment.
