We have received the aforementioned Notice of Postponement of the 20th World Pharmaceutical Ingredients China & 15th World Pharmaceutical Machinery, Packaging Equipment & Materials China (CPhI & P-MEC China 2020), and we are aware and agree that the Contract Form, the Exhibitor's Rules and Regulations and the payments made for the CPhI & P-MEC China scheduled for 22-24 June 2020 will apply to the new dates of 16-18 December 2020. The new exhibition dates of 16-18 December 2020 will apply to the Contract Form, the Participation Rules and the payments already made. In order to prevent the possible further impact of the new epidemic on the show and to ensure the overall effectiveness of the show, we agree that the organisers reserve the right to make final adjustments to the time, venue and relevant booths of the show.
